Downloads , Coldwaters , Gameplay Mods https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/dow...o=file&id=5644 Enjoy 5.6 - Epic mod ver 2.22 tweaks Ver 2 Mod 1.)------------------Sound changes this mod adds my NEW Crew Mic voices i made ive tryed to get this best the i can with mic bleeps and voice sounds & what department section is reporting. & my 3000 feet call out mod also my NEW torpedo tube SFX mod & External Tube Sounds ive added Depth hull pressure noises at fixed intervals they play when you use the dive plans to dive im currently modding them to play when using fixed depth settings as well too but not done it yet 2.)------------------Depth Displays & Maneuvering changes the helm depth arrow keys are now 250 ft increments so depth is 250 ft on arrows 50 ft on increase decrease depth keys 10 ft on increase decrease depth keys + shift the displayed depth has been increased to 11000 feet so you can all ways find the sea floor also the set depth readout can now show up to 11000 feet as well 3.)------------------Mod Fixes also ive noticed a few missing vessels in single player that were not added to the ship rosta so it was impossible to id em till you get auto id so ive added those and reordered the rosta too so now its better to use ect soviet subs first then soviet warships ect better order i think also if you find more missing vessels let me know 4.)------------------Custom Config Changes this Version has my custom Config as well for better Realism Data Wise ive also restored the (TestDepthAddition * 1.5) which affects the crush depth to the original Cold waters 1.5 rating so take test Depth then times by 1.5 then -1.75 to get result ect skipjack test depth on my game is 950 then times X this by 1.5 = 1,425 then - 1.75 so crush depth is 1,423 FEET so a sturgeon with test depth of 1320 feet will crush at about 1,978 feet REMEMBER DAMAGE reduces crush depth by about 50% my config factors sea states , rain and thermal conditions to my set levels that i think are about right within the limitations of coldwaters data wise. 5.)--------Installing this mod requires Epic Mod 2.22 to be installed first Use the link below to find epic mod 2.22 on their home page https://vk.com/away.php?to=https%3A%...286&el=snippet once you have downloaded it ---UNZIP IT THEN put the mod folder were your cold waters EXE file is Easy way is to RIGHT CLICK on your cold waters icon with mouse then go to Open file location when this is done copy the mods folder and the Epicmod Install program were coldwaters exe is once mod folder is added their use mod installer to add your options and id add this mod last in the load order so for example : 1. Epic Mod 2.22(Main Mod) 5.2 EnglishUI + EnglishVoices 5.6 - Epic mod ver 2.22 tweaks Ver 2 my config in my mod has been edited to not change language options so it wont change anything you add before it i made it that way on purpose to launch coldwaters just use your normal desktop icon as per usual To install simple put the " 5.6 - Epic mod version 2.22 tweaks Ver 2 folder " in to the MODS folder then install with Epic mod Install application enjoy 6.)-------Help any problems just message me on Subsim steel shark

This is fantastic. Definately some good changes.
If I wanted to change the dive interface back to 50 foot increments, what do I need to alter? Thanks. |

This may sound dumb, but is the EM v2.22 tweaks v2 a stand alone mod, or do I need to have the base EM v2.22 installed first. I'm asking because I can't seem to find the base version.

https://vk.com/away.php?to=https%3A%...286&el=snippet ive re edited my first post to include this link as well as for changing depth back to 50 on arrows instead of my 250 increments i designed the 3 depths for a reason shift + depth key = trimming depth 10 Feet per press for periscope or thermal layers depth key = for standard depth changes in 50 Feet Increments helm arrows on hud display = for fast depth changes at 250 Feet Increments or to surface with only a few clicks if you want to change it back you will need a program called dnspy use this link to download it https://github.com/0xd4d/dnSpy/relea...Spy-net472.zip then you have to edit the "Assembly-CSharp" you need to know what to do tho and what to add or change in the code to mod the game in the way you want if you fancy a mess with it private message me ill try get back to you when i can as ive got rather a lot on atm stay safe hope this helps you both out Steel Shark

ive taken it down and changed the read me installation to be more exact hope this helps
it now better helps with epic mod installation as well as my mod and using the mod manager p.s ive put it back up with the new read me attached in zip Steel Shark
