The Wolves of Steel / Random Crashes?

Hey again guys!

Hope this thread isn't redundant. But I noticed that a couple of times during my campaign in the mod the game simply crashes right away, all be it seldom.

Went into the Norweigan port of Bergen and sunk a few british merchants and when on my way out to sea I fired a torpedo on a V&W destroyer and the game crashed.

Second load in exactly the same fashion the game crashed to desktop the second I observed the torpedo hitting the hull of the V&W.

Third time was a charm though cause I observed the torpedo hit and no crash!

What gives?
