[REL] TWOS: Looking for settings file to keep deck crew on deck at 2 meter swells

Hey all, I am looking for the settings file I can tweak that keeps my deck crew (flak and deck gun) on deck and operational. At the moment these complete idiots run down below as soon as a pesky wave runs over the bow of the ship and gets their shoes wet. I sail a type VII with wintergarden and whenever a small wave rolls over the bow and does not even get the flak crew wet feet they leave. Same with my navigator.

They act like secondary schoolgirls afraid of a few drops of water and this has to stop.

Any and all help welcome.

Hey Alpheratz! That might just do it!

I will try it and see what happens. Being left by your flak crew in the midst of an air artack due to a wave is no fun at all! 😉

Changed decks awash setting to 7.40m. see what happens.

Might need to make it even deeper. Will let you know how it goes.
