Latemail's Tutorial -English or Spanish version

Hello all,

I found Latemail's tutorial on editing menu_1024_768.ini. It appears to be the most complete tutorial on the subject but it is written in German which I do not speak. Does anyone have a version written in English or Spanish?

I have a copy of a English translation, not sure how accurate the translation is.
