Destroyer Command Help Question

Am playing the Atlantic Campaign. I have the realism set for Limited Fuel. Once the realism is set for a Campaign, it cannot be changed. I find it impossible to complete Mission #12, Convoy to Freetown, with that setting. Is there any line in the program files I can change to reset the this Campaign to unlimited fuel? I have searched through the files, but have found no way to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sorry- don't know.

Also, IIRC you can switch off boilers from the command panel and the engine room to conserve fuel.
