Any way to play German subs in American Career?

Ahoy skippers!

So I’ve wanted to get into SH4 and have some fun and ditch the realism that I’ve drowned myself in with SH5 TWoS. I know how make any sub available at any time in their respective career (American subs to American Career, German subs to German Career). But here’s what I really want; How do I make German subs available in the American Career and vice versa?

You need to have the Uboat addon. It's also known as v1.5, or SH4 Gold.
Then download Operation Monsoon from the mods page.
