After all day figuring out how SH3's fatigue system works I have altered the GWX 8hr fatigue stats so it is now every 12-16 hrs the crew has to be rested instead of having to do it every 3-4 hrs with regular GWX fatigue option. This way you can have fatigue throughout your whole patrol and not just during events etc while also not having to replace the crew all the time at high time compression's. I also included realistic crew files to go along with the fatigue values where you have 2 qualified watch officers, 2 qualified helmsman officers, 2 machinists, 2 torpedo men and 2 radiomen, all you do is shift change them after every 12 hrs and they should regenerate their lost fatigue in the crew quarters within 10 hrs time so make sure you don't forget about shift changing them. This is only made for people like me who like to run their game at 512xtc with fatigue on(3D view in SH3 options)
Just copy to your SH3 commander folder and select GWX 12hr fatigue but just remember to put your 3D view up to 512x TC in SH3 Commander options before you start your career. https://1drv.ms/u/s!Apf4S8iaE41M4mvu...DQYFb?e=sQXsTO
