So, I was bugging out about the 10 or so minutes it was taking to start up and load a save for TWOS, when my riva tuner crashed I was using rivatuner to lock my fps to 40, with it unlocked, it now takes 2 minutes. So, just a heads up for anyone using a hard fps limit, it seems to impact the loading times for savegames
