Best Villain Laugh Ever?

Which Villian laugh is best in your opinion?
It doesn't have to be one of these, know of another? Post it!

Also, any villain that you liked from any series (fiction, obviously).

A few of my favorites.

All of these are more or less even, but if I had to rate them, it would be in this order:

Vincent Price:

Glenn Close:

Honorable Mention:

It's almost as if he's not really amused. Yeeaaaah... no.
