Lost Cold Waters

Hey skippers...
I had to reset Windows 10 and in doing so I lost my Cold Waters. Is there a way I can redownload the file needed to reinstall Cold Waters? I also lost Naval War: Artic Circle and Wargame: Airland Battle but I was able to redown load them from Steam. Any help would be appreciated.

you should also be able to redownload CW from steam

Thank you Capt Hunt. For some reason I have two Seam accounts with the Cold Waters being under the one I was not using. Once I signed in with the other account everything fell into place. I am up and running again. Thanks again for the reply.
