Installing/activating OLC's GUI mod

Hello all.

I'm having a lot of problems with my mods lately. I want to install OLC's GUI mod with GTX and Thomson's sound mod. So, I've downloaded 'OLC' Gold MkIIc, and after reading the read-me file, I'm only going to use the captain America's Officer icon mod of all the GWX mods I can activate via JGME. I'm going to use OLC's 3th option-file, so I added that one to the MODS file in my sh3 files.

Now, the read-me file says to execute the sh3 commander file executable. When I do this I get a promt that asks me to choose an installation folder. I suppose this is my sh3 folder? Instructions are not clear and I don't want to mess this up in case I cannot undo any damage without reinstalling.

Without using the .exe file my game crashes when trying to start my career save file.

Any help?
