In the first mission of the campaign (with RA mod 1.44) "SEALing their fate"
I go to the coordinates, drop the SEAL team off, and escape south without being detected/fired upon and to be sure, I watched the SEAL team make land from my periscope. But I end the mission and the debriefing states I've never accomplished any of the objectives. So what did I do wrong? Last edited by somedude88; 04-02-18 at 07:29 AM. |

I didn't, but I steamed south with my floating wire out and got as far as 100nm out from shore before I quit out of confusion. I already passed this mission 5 times but never get credit for any of the objectives.

There is a kind of a cheat for single missions, but it isn't really a cheat.
While you're playing the mission, hit <ESC> and bring up the menu. Then click on <Mission Status> and you'll see the goals you've completed. You'll also see any goals you haven't completed. ![]() Sometimes missions, even Sonalyst missions, aren't well documented. Also, be sure to read the pre-mission briefing before you load out the torpedo room and start the mission and be sure to check the first message in the radio room's message "buffer". ![]() |

Speaking of the campaign "Earning your Dolphins", where is a link to download it?
It's neither in the Stock download nor the RA 1.44 download. |

I think I downloaded it from a website http://www.subguru.com/dwmissions.htm But the problem remains, I've stopped playing but I've done every objective, but get no credit for anything. I'm not sure if I installed the campaign scenarios wrong. But the mission triggers are definitely not firing. Last edited by somedude88; 04-01-18 at 05:48 PM. |

Anyways, I replaced the mission files in the Scenario folder and it works now, I must have overwritten something when I was messing around with adding more single and campaign missions. |

I could try posting the campaign files into the DW download page, but I'm pretty sure somebody here knows where the original can be downloaded... I'll see if I can load it up into the DW download/mission page when I get home.

Duh!, My Bad! LOL. I forgot that when I installed RW 1.44, I didn't immediately load all the included scenario/campaigns. Electing instead to bring them in separately AFTER I had checked them over for errors. I had not yet got to the Earning your Dolphins campaign...
On a separate note, I remember that campaign now from the 688i sub game.

Do you arrive at 22-02N, 080-38W? I has to be precise, if you are at these exact coordinates, 60ft. or shallower depth, and your speed is below 4 knots, you should receive an update (from your crew, no need to raise radio mast) that you have reached your objective. Afterwards, if you paused the game and checked mission status the coordinates condition should show up as "complete".
Now you can launch spec-ops. A red perimeter circle should generate once they reach land, now all you need to do is get your sub out of this circle. 1 more radio update can be received, it will provide you with the coordinates of the foxtrot sub. DO NOT ENGAGE HIM. Once you are outside of the circle zone, it should be safe to end the mission and get full completion. You will not hear the "mission complete" voice informing you of it, though. All in all its a pretty **** quality mission, the mission brief should mention that you need to surface right at start to receive the exact drop-off coordinates, yet i doesnt say so. Finished it 95% of the time was spent at full compression getting from point A to point B, googling on how to lower the sonar volume, cause i need to mute this game if i start getting pinged. Its unbearable. And certainly unhealthy for your eardrums if played with headphones. |
