Need Help?? Bug issue??

Hello all, I'm having a strange issue with the game. When I start a new campaign I get no mission parameters and "start" at base but cannot load weapons or anything, it also just spawns the sub not actually in dock. When I set sail the ships and planes are in a "frozen" state also. When running any single type of single play mission enemy subs or ships that fire torpedo's come from under ground and not actually in the water. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still have the same problem. I also couldn't find how to uninstall the mod as this may help. If anyone knows what may be causing this, help a poor submariner out.

Uninstalled Mod, works like a charm. Going to reinstall with new update. Will keep all posted
