Have recently installed TMU on Windows10, everything runs just fine except I have a constant 'Passing Thermal Layer' voice even when on the surface. Sorry if this has been repoerted before but I have done a search and just could not find anything. Any help please as this is driving me and the crew mad !

"Sounds" like a mod soup issue. What mods did you have installed previously, and did you happen to load a previous save when you went to play the "new" TMO install?

Yes I did load a previously saved game and the only mod is TMU Overhauled 2.5. I have now started a new game and everything at the moment seems to be o/k. many thanks for pointing me in the right direction, now my crew and myself are happy.

You're welcome. Mods and the Save folder data are rather particular about each other, and if something doesn't match between the two, rather than crashing sometimes, it manifests in odd game behavior. The irritating thing is that an accidental load of a Saved game from a different mod can "cross-contaminate" a brand new fresh install... "been there, done that", as they used to say...
