german voice patch for u-boat missions

Hello fellow Captains.
I just bought Silent Hunter 4 Gold, now I'm looking for the german voice patch. I've found one on Ubisofts homepage, but this one is not working for me because both my original discs are v1.3 and the patch will only apply itself to v1.0. For that exact case, Ubisoft offers an additional link, but it isn't working anymore. So, is there an existing version of the patch for 1.3 or higher. Or is there a possibility to have a german voice patch ONLY for the uboat missions? Because i'm pretty fine with english speech in american subs.
