Been over on Steam asking a few questions on how Cold Waters will play and future development...
From what I've been told, it seems we may be seeing playable Soviet, British, and maybe even French submarines and surface ships in the game either at release or post-release, as well as corresponding campaigns. Personally, I'm fine with just playable surface ships of all nations, combined with a custom battle mode...I like me my screenshots!

Pretty sure the only thing we are going to see at release are playable US subs (skipjack, permit, Narwhal, LA Classes). Anything beyond that is possible but depends on how well the game does once it's released.

I hope the game's moddable so the community can add more ships and retextures and stuff.
