[WIP] Ships' horns

Hi,

I would like to add some horn sound to some of the boats (eg : tugboats, or liners) with also a smoke effect. I need to have this effect played randomly, or when the ship is too close to another one.

Do you think guys that's possible ?

I need more noise in the harbours of that game ! For example :



That's a good music here ! I especially like the "put put put" at the end, that's so funny ! A small ship, but a strong personnality !
