Icon10 Hey Hunter, want to ride this thing!!!

This company in France, took the V8 motor out of a Maserati, and built a bike around it lol, With 470 hp, you could get around town pretty fast I bet! I mean with a 470 horsepower bike like that, what could go wrong!?!

I really can't imagine that this thing is fun to ride at all. But they've shown nicely in the video what it's good for: Slowly riding around town to pose at the next restaurant. Compensation anyone?

From a technical viewpoint it's an impressive feat, and it certainly sounds nice at low revs. I do dislike those motorcycles that scream at high rev, would much rather .
The twin wheel arrangement is also quite nice, so you can still bank the bike to some extent, and there's a degree of movement.
I suppose it's like the Buggatti Veyron, purely a technical achievement, rather than a practical object. The Veyron costs several hundred arms and legs, and eats fuel like an M1 Abrams, but is an incredibly well made machine that can go ludicrous speed. I suspect that this motorcycle is in a similar vein.

I have seen V8 powered motorcycles before but this one takes it to another level.

What about Werner's 24-chainsaw-engined motorcycle

Maybe he was attempting to "go plaid"?

I would post a link, but language...

My initial thoughts too but I would be interested in knowing what the performance specs are.

I've seen 2 articles on it Jim, but no performance specs. I think the only place you could take it to find out how it performs would be the Bonnieville Salt Flats, lol
