Deleted "In base after patrol" save, SH3 commander wont recognize game...

I deleted my "in base after patrol" save and exited the game and now SH3 commander won't recognize my career. It says "Invalid argument to date encode" when starting up SH3 commander. It starts up anyway, but trying to start up the career anyway causes the error ' "" is not an integer value'.

I hear this is a problem with deleting saves without loading a new one afterwards. How can I fix it? I do have save immediately before the patrol ending, but I cannot open the game to access them.

Nevermind, fixed by running game without commander and going back a bit.
