[REL] Observation periscope colour filter SH5

An old favorite, remade for Silent Hunter 5.

Adds colour to the observation periscope. The real thing had the option to install coloured filters to aid the observer under different lighting/atmospheric conditions. This mod attempts to give an approximation of that ability by adding in a bright orange.

Change made to "Page obs periscope.ini"
(..\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\data\Menu\Pages\)

Added "ObsPeriscope_Mask_1024_SH5.dds", rework of default "Periscope_Mask_1024_SH5.dds"
(..\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\data\Menu\Skins\German\Gui\Layout\)

Extract into JSGME 'MODS' folder and enable.

I would like to install it but a question before :

Is it compatible with other mods like "OldStyleSHControls_1_3_1" ? (The two modify the "Page obs periscope.ini" file)

Wow! Very interesting! It's a replacement not a toggle right?

Wonder if we could make it toggleable? Can you script a dds change while the program is running?
