Transfering Flotillas

Hi All;

I've seen here on occasion but don't remember exactly where that you can transfer flotillas by asking for a transfer. That's lovely, but just how does one go about doing this?

When you're in the main Career screen - the one that lets you check on the crew and the boat by clicking on the different desks - the middle desk is labeled 'Logs'. Click on the telephone to get 'Transfers'.
