Engine telegraph sound

So, the engine telegraph ring (That you hear when changing speeds) annoys me. I generally have my sound up quite a bit to hear everything else (unfortunately, no quiet PC room for me.), and then I change speeds....And I become deaf

Does anyone have a modified version that's less loud, or know which sound file it is? I went through a few sound files in the game folders, but couldn't determine which one it is.
Or, if someone knows how to replace it with the silent running telegraph tick, that's fine too!
