Hey guys.
I am doing a paper on Uboat success and the professor wanted to us make a questionnaire and use the answers we got in the paper. If you guys could take a minute or so and answer it, It would be greatly appreciated.

I had thought about adding a few more questions such as most successful patrol but decided against it :P
