"Passing Thermal Layer" x 10(10^100)

So I was enjoying the scenery, watching my boat pierce through the huge swells. In the background, besides the sound of the ocean I'm hearing "passing thermal layer" every 30 seconds or so. Is there a way to fix this?

I've tried reloading, restarting the game but nothing seems to work.

I do have a few mods installed - in order:

1_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2-5
RSRDC_TMO_V502
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1
1.5_Optical Targeting Correction 031312 for RSRDCv502
