Any Mods that work on Steam Version? OHII/MO etc?

I had very nice install of SH 5 patched 1.2 with MO working just fine thanks to Stoianm.

After Computer HD issue, reinstalled = didn't work any more.

Bought Steam version (Gold 1.2) but can't get any mods to work so I can get back to worthy game, just original piece of "unfinished stuff."

Reinstall from boxed, loads & auto-updates then says looking for Steam, never starts.

Loved Magnum Opus!! Want to roll back clock to boxed but now UBI says my S/N belongs to other user (me) and wont re-register. If UbiSoft only realized how long it took me to complete Coastal Waters.... oh well.

Any one have any Steam Friendly ideas? (Please DO NOT say SH Online)

I did see Trevally's awesome stuff from 2012 but I still ain't "livin' the dream yet."
