Video Card Problem?
I downloaded and installed SH III on my PC from GamersGate. The download program said my system met the minimum requirements to run the game. But when I launched it, I got a crazy green pattern on my monitor which changed to the Blue Screen of Death. I'm wondering if the problem is in my video card, a NVIDIA GeForce 6200.
Any thoughts on what's the problem? |

I think it only needs an old Geforce 3 or above with 64 MB.
Google 'can you run it' and let it do the work for you to see if your system can run it.

Rename your (C:\GAMES)\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Movies\Int ro folder and try again.
The GF6200 is an old graphics card (2004) but it should do the job.

Anything - the point is that it'll then not find the video to try and play it.

I changed the intro filename and then it worked fine. It also worked when I added Commander to it, But when I added Gray Wolves, The problems started again. I'm trying to discover which folder in Mods is causing the problem. Any suggestions?

![]() ![]() Same problem - same solution - same folder. GWX installs it's own intro files. WMP is to blame...
