Weather Problems

I have downloaded SH3 Weather it doesn't seem to work at all.

I have the dreaded 3 day and running storm and I dont know when it will end or what mod I can DL that will fix it. Visibility is basically nothing and I can't do anything in the game except float around hoping to stumble on the enemy, even if I do, cant deck gun em because of the visibility.

Anybody know of a surefire weather mod that works while in patrol?
