I've seen a few of those exhibitions and competitions. Amazing what those guys can do with a big bike like that.
This video is from around my area. The yellow stripes at 2:35, 3:41 and 4:09 are friends of mine from my department. Besides acquiring their regular motorcycle license, they have to successfully complete a 1 week course on Motorcycle Safety followed by a 2 week course on Motorcycle Pursuit Tactics before they're even allowed to join the Motorcycle Patrol Division. These competitions are held regularly (during warm weather in my area) and open to the public. It's a way for them to keep their MC skills sharp.
