Outwitting the enemy in the Antarctic ice
Thought some of you might get a kick out of this... an account by the skipper of The Steve Irwin, an anti-whaling vessel, trying to trick its "tail" in Antarctica.
I am making no comment on the ethics of whaling.. I just thought it a good sea yarn. http://www.seashepherd.org.au/relent...-infinity.html

Nice read.
At first , before reading the article , I thought I would read a story of a daring SH3 Kaleun that went into the icw of the Antartic. |

Same here, I imagined a u-boot submerged under the ice and the destroyers stuck in the ice
