Need help with black screen problem

Hi there,

I've read all about the fixes for black screen for pc but mine gets complicated cause I'm playing silent hunter 3 on a 40 inch TV or trying to, i followed the steps with installing and the no cd crack, but I cannot get to main screen to load up, changed resolutions and even tried the fix (which an ctd).

I really need help I have an nvidia 9500 card, win 7 64 bit OS, but please can someone help I really wanna get back my game any help would be great thank you.
