Windows 7 vs SHIII

Hi there, i have a new laptop with windows 7 ultimate 64-bit installed, i tried to install sh3 from an original cd, it install itself correctly but then when i double click on icon it shows a window that says that the program can only run under windows 95, xp, and other.
If i install the program in virtual machine to simulate an xp os it ends up showing me the same window !
I don't think it's a resolution problem, can some one help me ?
