help with GreyWolves mod

Hi all,
I have sh3 and want to install the grey wolves mod and all mods associated,the problem is,I am a complete novice when it comes to such things.
I am currently running win 7 pro 64 bit,which is confusing enough.
Would some kind soul please explain step by step how to install these great looking mods?
You need to explain as if to a child unfortunately.
I would be very grateful to anyone who has the patience to help or direct me to relevant help.
