RSRD DE Matsu AA gun platform missing.

I just noticed the two AA gun platforms on the DE Matsu is missing, the AA gun is free floating in the air. In the DE Matsu.EQP file, it says there should be a NCL_Kuma_platf01 and 05 gun platforms at Y01 and Y02. I have checked and re-checked the file, and even found the Y01 and Y02 nodes in S3D, but no matter what I do, the platforms do not appear. Anyone know what the problem is? ...or how to fix it?
