Change maximum zoom?

Which cfg file do I edit to change the maximum zoom? On my other computer I had it changed to x10 I believe for the attack periscope. I was also able to control the zoom by pressing ctrl+mouse wheel and it zoomed in incrementally.

Also, I've been editing cfg files to change the amount of deck and flak gun ammo, but it keeps changing the files back to the original. Same with when I edit the amount of renown you get at the beginning of a career in the flotilla cfg file. I'm using SH3 Commander to boot up the game, which I was using on my other computer, and it was working fine. Unfortunately I am unable to get the cfg files off my other computer so I can't copy them over.
