I'm telling you, if this guy needs money to help fight off the appeal, I'll glady make a contribution. Here's a "little guy" who has knocked a major, greedy, corporation back on its heels enough for them to seek to stop the coming flood of suits by trying to silence him through intimidation, and, apparently, bribery. I hope every AT&T iPhone user (some 17.5 million, as of last month according to AT&T) files a suit and takes AT&T, collectively. to the cleaners...
