Who wants to see what a drunken saior will do?

Hi I am finished every mission in SH5 total Germany except for 1. It is only Jan 1940. I believe it will be a long wait. anybody have anything exciting they want to share? I'm open to suggestions.

Keep sinking ships and bring the British Empire to its knees, just a thought

I was thinking of more exciting things than just sinking ships. I mean what does every WWII sub captain have in common? he sinks ships. I was thinking somthing along the lines of personal missions like "sink every capital ship in the royal navy". Doesn't that seem more exciting?
also if there is any thing you have done that was really cool, please share.

I've only been "skipper" for two years and this ascended meme is pretty much the Subsim motto. This line means anything and everything except "no".

Couldn't have been. I was in Grid BF17 expending torpedoes.

I don't mean to brag or anything, but you'll notice that my signature has my current campaign tonnage. The game says my rating is ace. I have not been able to update my tonnage record due to lack of competence and/or vital knowledge of computer files, I.E. "WTH Does this do? FILE NOT FOUND!?!? ****!". in other words i screwed up my game again.

Silent Hunter 5 is unrealistically generous regarding tonnage. It starts the game out with convoy sizes that weren't seen until much later in the war.

Yep, SH5 is pretty much set up for the player to be a 1-boat Kriegsmarine. Of course there are mods that take care of that.

And also the fact that there is no dud torpedoes makes it too easy to sink them, you would probably only get half of the current tonnage with decent dud ratio!
