Why is my character view jumping up&down

A lot of time that I'm on the bridge, I have to be very careful that I don't trigger this artifact; One, my character view bobs up and down when the boat occilates with the waves. I mean way up and down. Then sometimes my view just goes up as if I'm standing on the edge of the bridge and gets stuck there (maybe to take a dive into the water) then I have to teleport to anothere area then back.
How can I stop the view from going haywire?!??!

Kinda' funny if it weren't a bit aggravating.
My first person camera is going up and down as if it is losing sync with the boat.
Only when I'm on the bridge, to the left of the UZO. I'll start going up a couple of "feet" then back down. This repeats throughout the game save. I can get it to stop by going to the rear of the 'Wintergarden' or going below. If it really decides to go crazy, the camera (as I'm moving forward to go back to the UZO station) will actually 'Climb' as if I'm standing on the edge of the bridge ready to dive off the boat. Once this happens I either have to do several teleports to correct it or leave the game and reload it. I haven't been able to nail down any particular mod that's causing it save to say it might be related to the Mighty fine crew + MCCD. I don't have any reason other than it's about that time when I installed them that this started but I'm not even sure of that.
Anyway,...there it is. Anyone seen this kind of weirdness before?
