The Warbirds Downunder 2011 air show is on this Saturday at Temora Aviation Musem. Thinking of taking a drive down there to check it out.

Is the Constellation a static exhibit at the museum or flying in?

That is the only bird in those pics I've never actually laid eyes on.

"Connie" is the only flying Super Constellation in the world at present. She is ex U.S.A.F. but painted in Qantas colors from the '50's. Last time I was aboard was about 8 years ago and they hadn't changed the interior from the military config. I believe the plan was to re do it as it would have been as a passenger airliner.
