CADET! again??

I have been trying for two days to d/l TMOs latest update for TMO 2.2

BUT! all I get is this:

That I have exceeded my quota as a cadet. Even tho' I haven't d/ld any thing near 10 d/ls

As a new Cadet, you are able to post freely and download up to 3 files a day. Once you have made a single post, you are able to download 10 files a day. If you want to graduate to a Captain, feel free to introduce yourself in the Comments to Subsim forum. This is not the place for this thread. Threads addressing problems with the website should be here:

You were advised of this in one of the other two threads you started, which were locked for this very reason. It was also suggested that you delete your history and cookies in case this was spam-related. Have you done that?

Sailor, I didn't do this deliberately to annoy anyone. I am actually using a laptop this time as my biggun' blew up on me so I have no idea what was posted re this subject. your comments are tho', taken 'onboard' and stowed away in my captains diary.
