while back there was a really funny thread on the ultimate immersion for SH3. anybody know where to find it? Had stuff like turning on a sprinkler when getting hit with depth charges, building his own periscope over the monitor, etc etc....

Hey, you folks are the best of the best. Yesterday my doctor informed me that I could no longer be certified for on ship UXO, ROV search and survey. I expected that with my cardiac cogestive heart falure. Duh. 63, and I made it this far. So my only joy is now consulting and running my immersions where I can be young again, last time in Germany a colleague slipped me a USB with the German uncut Das Boot - so cool to play on another computer while playing. I have one more deal in the works - diving and surveying a wreck in the Bay of Biscay.

I put that, the uncut 300 min version, on my xmas list! (psssssst... it's only $10 at amazon for the dvd, few more for hte blu ray).
That and my new 10 button gaming mouse (but still no internet till january.......  ) should keep me in my turm for a few months more.
