Can't find mods?

I am trying to find Mods that I had for SH3 + GWX3 + SH3commander. Unfortunately my SH3 folder went missing...which had all my saved mod downloads . Now that I am coming back to SH3, I'm needing a bit of memory refresh?

I have found links here, but many no longer work? What I am looking for is:

Seabed repair mod
Locks and St Naz
Bad weather guns
Wasn't there a mod to add the navigation points through the canals?
Wasn't there a mod to tame the weather/sea state a bit?

Sorry to be so obtuse. Is there a site with the latest links to all the mods I remember having?

Can I do the training (Academy) missions and mod later, when I find the ones I'm looking for?

What info is there on mod "order" and compatibility, using JSGME? I know...I"m an idiot for losing all this info...I have no idea where my "SH3" file went...but it's long gone

Any help is appreciated by this recovering MSFS addict.
