Default TC button is gone

So, I finally get this game to work.
BUT, the Time Compression button is gone, I see the little round window where you change camera, but to the left where the TC bar is supposed to be, there is nothing. Anyone got a clue as to what has happend?

Your the 2nd person this week to ask about this TC button, there is another way if the TC button has gone walkies. The (-) & (+) buttons on the numpad works for TC.

Edit: num pad keys! Not buttons as I stated. Don't want to cause confusion.
