Default What's ya grillin ?????

Here it is Memorial weekend already, where does the time go, hope none of you have been caught up in the nasty weather that has been hammering the middle of the U.S this last week. Between yard sailing {sales} swilling beer, and thinkin about settin the backyard on fire with a run away grill, I just might get some stick time in. And, yes less we not forget the ones that have fallen so that we might be free, thank you for sacarfice. So what's ya grillin??????????????

My tax returns.

But seriously, I was thinking ribs with my grandmother's famous home made BBQ sauce

Und, Schwein mit Saurkraut, ja.

And my favorite, sweet baked beans

We had our grilling done last night at a local BBQ joint. Brisket, pulled pork, and a pile of waffle fries. Washed it all down with two Mason jars filled with Guinness. My belly was very happy after that.

EDIT: Weather 'round here is too cruddy for grilling this weekend. No beer-butt chicken this time around.
