So, can SH5 be played without being online yet?

First time back on any subsim forum since early December when I took leave and started watching Stargate Atlantis one episode a night.

Thought I would check to see if they have released a version that does not require being online to play SH5.
While I hated that idea anyway fact is my game PC is never online not hooked up at all so while i would like to get the cool graphics I still play SH3 graywolves

I am still hoping there will be a day when I have reason to give UBI some money and buy the game

Has that day arrived???

Not quite. You must be online to launch the game, but after that you can disconnect from the internet.

So guess you will have to wait awhile longer.
