the key combination to activate time compression override in traffic?

I'm embarrassed to ask, but I tried searching and I just can't find the answer.

I remember there's a mod that lets you up your time compression to x128 or x256, even when there's other ships or land around. I'm certain I have the mod on, but what I don't remember is the key combination to activate it.

I accidentally took a Flotilla with its base in Kiel and now I'm spending crucial playing time watching the scenery and riverine shipping at Kiel canal at x1 to x4.

Does anybody know the required key combination?

SH3 Commander lets you set the TC for every situation.

This is "Minimum TC Mod” fix - Stiebler Add-on"
The key combination is "Shift + N"
