User Interface Mod?

I saw this interface in the screenshot thread.
I would really love to have it if anyone knows where to get it.

Is there a good UI mod available for the standard version of SH4? Im not feeling the original interface

You can make your own with this. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=131625 But I recommend getting the expansion as it contains the 1.5 patch which most mods are geared towards.

I believe the supermods make a change to the GUI but I'm not aware of any standalone GUI mods.
