Default Clinton endorses Tax Deal

http://content.usatoday.com/communit...-on-tax-deal/1

Two things strike me as odd:

1. All the scuttlebutt indicated that these two guys really didn't get along. Now, I know that Clinton is a very strong card to play, and that is why he was there, but after Obama cast people aside and downplayed others for two years in an effort to appear 'Presidential', why would he just hand over the poduim at the White House to a political master like Bill Clinton?

This leads me to:

2. Man, did Clinton ever look and sound Presidential and authoritative. And what a contrast to the tepid and unsure Obama. Obama was very condescending in his leaving, telling Clinton that Gates would essentially 'take care of him'. Once Obama left, however, Clinton waived Gates off time and time again, making it very clear how a 'presser' was supposed to happen.

All in all, Obama was made to look very small this afternoon. This will likely not endear him to Team D, and will be blood in the water for Team R.

It just leads me to believe that many look for a certain image.
Be it your Boss or some one like the Prez.
Maybe not as simple as that granted.
I don't care for Obama and really can't tell you why.
I also don't care for Clinton.

I don't care for either of them as well, but there was no hiding the fact that Clinton 'schooled' Obama today.

I think from my point of view?
Obama has been schooled from day one.
And him being on every stupid show on TV?
WTF is that all about?

I don't want my Prez on Oprah!
I want him doing what we are paying him to do!
Get your hands dirty and FIX the BS!
That's the line he slung to get elected.

Obama pulls a Palin? The picture on drudge is priceless: #1 obama smiling, #2 obama looking at watch, #3 obama walking out

Well off to play golf.

That's what you get when you elect a senator to do an executive job. You get what you vote for.

Clinton commands one skill that Obama will never have... Glibness and the ability to speak without a prompter.

As to their 'not getting along' politics make for strange bedfellows.

I found it amusing how sllick Willie once again steals the show.

Clear that Obama needs the help of dignity, so Clinton would make a "backup" for him!
