Funniest movie line for me is in the movie 1941 (With Belushi) where the Japaneese is trying to stuff a vintage radio through the hatch of their submarine.
"We have to figure out how to make these things smaller"

That movie with Belushi was not a box office hit but it was very entertaining to me and yes, some of the scenes were hilarious. The submarine scene is funny as hell.
