Serious modding help needed here.

I know that I'm not the only one who wants to see something like this but woudn't it be cool if one mod allowed you to use a VIIC/41 in the very beginning of the game with all the upgrades. I've been searching the forums, downloads and workshops for nearly 2 hours now and I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for.

I did find a start career with VIIB along with some modded upgradepacks but when I installed said mods only a very few upgrades were available better than nothing. I was hoping for all of the upgrades to be unlocked from the very beginning.

I tried to edit some of the .upc files and I managed to unlock one more additional item but it was just a deployable decoy thingy (forgot what it was called) Not what I was hoping to accomplish so if someone could point me in the right direction or better yet give me some links that would be much appretiated.

P.S. This is my first post. One of many hopefully.
