Supply Ships

Firstly my thanks to all those modders who have now made the game extremely playable. Please keep up the good work.
Can someone tell me how I find a resupply ship?
I am in the middle of the North Atlantic and want to resupply my torpedoes etc. But where do i go without going back to Kiel

Depends on the campaign you're using. If your on the first 3 it won't allow you to
